When the roof covering is maintained through Atlantic Coast Contractors every 5 years, the warranty is renewed. Thus the warranty can last indefinitely.
Roof Maintenance
The R400 Rubber roof maintenance is completed every 5 years. These 3 steps are completed during maintenance.
- Pressure cleaning
- One coat of Sealer 200/Pro-Bond is applied
- 1 or 2 coats of R400 Rubber is applied
Polyester Membrane and other miscellaneous prep work will not need to be completed again for the maintenance re-coating. The roof warranty maintenance cost is typically 30-40% of the initial coating cost.

About R400 Rubber
R400 Waterproofing system is a water based roof coating system, containing no resin additives or fillers. It is highly resistant to mold and mildew build up compared to low grade elastomeric products. R400 Rubber can be applied with a tight woven polyester membrane, for flat roof areas that have standing water.
